Katameya Dunes compound is a residential compound by Katameya Group in the 5th Settlement, New Cairo, on 170 feddans built around a golf course, with the Westin Cairo Golf Resort and Spa inside it. The villas recorded with us are very large and ready: an eight-bedroom villa of 800 m² and villas of 1,200 m² with ten and fourteen bedrooms. The developer has no units on offer now and no price is recorded.
