Who we are and what this site does
Masharf Real Estate is a property marketing company. This site lists developments and units and connects interested buyers and tenants with developers and accredited brokers.
We do not sell or let property ourselves, and we are not a party to any contract you sign with a developer or owner. Our role ends at introduction and coordination.
Accuracy of what is listed
We make reasonable efforts to keep prices, areas, payment plans and delivery status correct, and we refresh them from their sources regularly. Even so, developers change these details constantly.
All listing information is therefore given as guidance and is not a binding offer. Always confirm final details with the developer or owner before committing money.
- Prices can change without notice and vary by size, floor and payment method.
- Images and floor plans may be marketing renders rather than the finished unit.
- Delivery dates are estimates set by the developer's schedule.
Permitted use
You may browse, search, save what interests you and share links. What is not permitted:
- Automated extraction or bulk copying of content by any means, including scrapers and abnormally repetitive access.
- Republishing project descriptions, images or datasets commercially without written permission.
- Submitting contact details that are false or belong to someone else.
- Any attempt to disrupt the site or reach parts of it that are not public.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry about a unit, you allow us to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about that enquiry, and to share your details with the developer or broker responsible for the development concerned.
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by getting in touch with us.
Intellectual property
The trading name, logo, design and editorial text on this site belong to Masharf Real Estate. Developer logos and project imagery belong to their owners and appear here to identify the development.
Limits of our responsibility
We are not responsible for a purchase or investment decision made on the strength of this site alone, nor for any dispute that arises between you and a developer, owner or broker.
We also cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site, although we work to maintain it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the legal requirements change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
