So the mall's customers may come from compounds in all three cities, not just SODIC's, which matters if you are buying a shop, since the population around you reaches beyond SODIC West's wall. Zayard Villa and Zayard Elite are residential projects in New Zayed, and El Patio Vera and V levels residential compounds in the Northern Expansion, so the mall is near residents of different kinds.
