Where is Sky Ramp located? In Sheikh Zayed, and its nearest neighbours are CommonHaus, La Colina about 1.6 km away, and ZED and Five Fifty Five 1.8 km. According to the project's details it is close to the 26th of July Corridor and the Dahshur Link, and to Arkan Plaza, Mall of Arabia, Mall of Egypt, Nile University, ZED Park, and the Al Ahly and Gezira clubs in Zayed. What residential units are available in Sky Ramp? On offer from the developer, with handover in January 2030:

• Two-bedroom apartment, 126 to 140 m²: from about EGP 9.4 to 10.8 million.
• Three-bedroom apartment, 150 to 255 m²: from about EGP 10.8 to 20.2 million.
