The ORB Towers apartment is 9 m² bigger and 800,000 cheaper than the WESTRICT one, and hands over two and a half years earlier, but its table gives no payment plan. Ask about it before comparing, because the down payment and years change the sum. Hyatt Centric starts about 6.6 million higher, and its apartments are serviced, beside the Hyatt Centric hotel.

A two-bedroom: WESTRICT against ORB and Six West

The 112 m² two-bedroom at WESTRICT costs EGP 10,500,000 in October 2026, about 93,800 per m², less than half the metre of a ready two-bedroom at Six West.

An administrative office at WESTRICT starts at 170 m² for EGP 18,182,000 in October 2026, about 107,000 per m², the lowest metre among WESTRICT, Bridges and Etapa Square:

A 170 m² or a 350 m² office at WESTRICT?

The 170 m² WESTRICT office needs EGP 909,100 down and about 143,900 a month, and the 350 m² office at 47,507,000 needs 2,375,350 down and about 376,100 a month (October 2026). The 350 m² metre (about 135,700) is some 28,800 above the 170 m² metre, so ask whether the difference comes from the floor or the frontage.

WESTRICT units: few flats, large offices

WESTRICT sells a 91 m² one-bedroom, a 112 m² two-bedroom and offices of 170 to 350 m² from the developer.

The smallest office is about one and a half times the two-bedroom, so the offices here are aimed at companies and not at a small practice.
