Azzar New Cairo is a houses compound by Reedy Group on 25 feddans in the Golden Square, Fifth Settlement. The homes follow a Californian style, with an infinity pool, a lagoon pool, waterfalls, an outdoor cinema and a 500-metre jogging track. The units recorded with us are semi-finished four-bedroom townhouses of 176 to 225 m², a finished 305 m² five-bedroom twin house and a finished 375 m² five-bedroom villa, all past handover.

Where is Azzar?

Where is Azzar located? In the Fifth Settlement, minutes from 90th Street, and close to the American University and Rehab, about 20 minutes from Cairo Airport. Not the same as Azzar Island

The same developer has another project with the same name: Azzar Island in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, a summer resort, while Azzar New Cairo is a residential compound in the Fifth Settlement. Check the project's name in the contract.

According to the project's details the compound is all houses, from about 247 to 494 m², overlooking greenery and lagoons. The townhouse is semi-finished, so budget for finishing; the twin house and villa are finished and ready to move into.
