Zayed Regency Compound is a community by Dunes Development on 30 feddans in Sheikh Zayed, opposite Al Ahly Club, and it is finished. Buildings cover only 20% of the land and the rest is greenery, water features and services, with light-coloured buildings set well apart. The units recorded with us are all finished and past handover: a 147 m² two-bedroom apartment, three-bedroom apartments of about 195 m², a 356 m² four-bedroom townhouse and a furnished 360 m² twin house.

Where is Zayed Regency Compound? In Sheikh Zayed opposite Al Ahly Club, and close to the Cairo to Alexandria desert road, the 26th of July Corridor and the Dahshur Link, about 10 minutes from El Hosary Square, Dandy Mall and Hyper One. Nearby compounds include Allegria, Al Rabwa and Royal Meadows.

The townhouse is 356 m² with four bedrooms and the twin house 360 m², furnished. These areas are large and most likely include the garden, so ask for the plot area, built area and number of floors. A furnished twin house lets you move straight in, but list the furniture in the contract and price it in.
