Apartment buildings at V residence are ground plus one floor, with 15% of the plot built on and the rest planting and landscape. Units in the October 2026 table: two-bedrooms of 99 to 133 m² from 8,007,000 to 9,259,000, a 134 m² three-bedroom at 9,970,000, and a 188 m² four-bedroom villa at 15,233,000. Handover is not announced.

A flat in a two-storey block: what to ask

A block of two floors means fewer neighbours on your stair. Ask how many flats share each floor, whether a ground-floor flat has a private garden and how that garden is priced, whether a first-floor flat gets a private roof, whether there is a lift or only stairs, and the price gap between ground and first floor.

The V residence plan is 5% down with the rest over 7 years. The 99 m² flat takes 400,350 down and about 90,600 a month, the three-bedroom 498,500 and about 112,800, and the villa 761,650 and about 172,300, assuming equal instalments.
