If you want the most space for the money

The 160 m² three-bedroom at IL Mondo costs EGP 145,000 less than the 136 m² two-bedroom, with 24 m² more and an extra bedroom, at October 2026 prices, so start there.

It takes EGP 711,500 down and about 76,230 a month, about 1,560 less than the larger two-bedroom. Its metre, about 44,470, is the lowest in the project. Within three-bedrooms the metre rises with size, to about 52,070 at 245 m², so ask why, since floor or view may be the reason.

If you want to move in soon on a small deposit

IL Mondo units are ready, so EGP 711,500 gets you into a three-bedroom, with instalments paid over 7 years while you live there or rent it out, in October 2026.

If you are willing to wait

Waiting in R7 does not save money in October 2026: three-bedrooms at Talah, Rivan and Boardwalk are EGP 1,285,000 to 4,715,000 above IL Mondo, on smaller areas.

It also has 4 children's areas, a gym, spa and jacuzzi, pools, a jogging and cycling track around the greenery, restaurants and cafés, security and cameras. The plan includes studios, duplexes and penthouses, but the developer is offering flats only for now.

Where is IL Mondo in the New Capital?

IL Mondo is in R7 beside the Iconic Tower, near the Capital Stadium, the Cathedral, the German International University and the University of Hertfordshire; its place is on the map under location.

The Capital Airport is announced at about 10 minutes, New Cairo at about half an hour, and the Sokhna road is close.
