The Vie West Cairo has only 12 penthouses, 4 in each of the 3 buildings, each 239 m²: 147 m² on the fourth floor and 92 m² on the fifth, with roof terraces of 25 and 33 m².

The brochure offers two layouts: separate entrances, with the upper studio able to be let on its own, or an internal stair that makes one home, at extra cost and subject to approval. If you plan to let, ask whether the fifth floor is registered with the fourth or apart.
