Three things in this table are worth a pause:

• The three-bedroom is lower-priced than the two-bedroom: Club Park's 130 m² three-bedroom costs about 200,000 less than Lagoon Beach Park's 115 m² two-bedroom, is 15 m² larger and hands over a year and ten months earlier. The two-bedroom's only advantage is the longer plan, 12 years with 1.5% down.
• The penthouses have the project's lowest metre: about 66,000 to 67,000 a metre, so 255 m² for close to the price of Lagoon's 165 m² three-bedroom.
• The two-bedroom duplex costs more than the four-bedroom penthouse: 175 m² at 17,522,549 against 255 m² at 17,140,492, on the same island with the same handover. If space matters more than the duplex layout, the penthouse is far better value.

Lagoon Beach Park's three-bedroom duplex gives you 180 m² for only 268,874 down, about 1.5%, and roughly 122,600 a month over 12 years. In Club Park the plan is 10 years and the down payment is not published, so we get it in writing from the developer with the payment schedule. In Lagoon Beach Park it is 1.5% down over 12 years:
