Vero Sidi Abdel Rahman: chalets here cost less than apartments

Vero is a small project in Sidi Abdel Rahman on the North Coast by Wadi Degla Developments, on about 34,000 m². It has fully finished apartments, chalets and a duplex, with 5% down and the balance over 10 years, handing over in February 2030. The lowest developer price in October 2026 is EGP 7,619,150 for a one-bedroom.

Oddly, chalets cost less than apartments with the same rooms: the two-bedroom chalet (9,713,920) is about 1.3 million below the two-bedroom apartment, and the three-bedroom chalet (11,692,150) about 2.6 million below the three-bedroom apartment at about the same size. Ask about the difference in position and view, which may be the reason.

The one-bedroom needs about 381,000 down and about 724,000 a year over 10 years, which suits a 7 to 10 million budget. The site's plans also list 0% down over 8 years.
