Notice too that the three-bedroom chalet is 29 m² larger than the four-bedroom one: if you need space more than rooms, the three-bedroom may be the better choice.

The five-bedroom villa of 357 m² is furnished, so it is ready for a large family's summer from the day you buy. Ask what the furniture includes and its condition, since sea air wears furniture quickly.

Hacienda White has a commercial mall, a water park, a food court on the beach and a kids' area. Ask about the annual maintenance fees and what they cover, and walk from the unit to the beach yourself: in any village, the distance to the sea decides comfort and value.
