Lakeyard Hacienda Bay: Palm Hills' golf and beach village in Sidi Abdel Rahman

Lakeyard Hacienda Bay is one of the phases of Hacienda Bay, a summer village by Palm Hills Developments in Sidi Abdel Rahman, at kilometre 124 of the Alexandria to Matrouh road, on 2.4 million m², about 570 feddans. Buildings cover only 13% of the land and the rest is greenery, services and commercial areas, with over 700 metres of beach, an 18-hole golf course and a boutique hotel. The units recorded with us are many, from a 50 m² cabin to a 600 m² six-bedroom villa, plus shops, mostly past handover and some furnished.

Hacienda Bay on the North Coast

Where is Hacienda Bay on the North Coast? At kilometre 124 of the Alexandria to Matrouh road, in Sidi Abdel Rahman. According to the project's details it is next to Diplomats 3, about 10 minutes from the El Alamein War Museum, an hour from Borg El Arab Airport and two hours from Alexandria, reached from the international road and the Fouka road. It is close to the same developer's Hacienda White.

Who is the developer of Hacienda Bay?

Palm Hills Developments, which has several Hacienda villages on the coast: Hacienda White, Hacienda Heneish and Hacienda Waters in Ras El Hekma. Each is in a different place, so check the village name in the contract.

What is Lake Yard in Hacienda Bay?

Hacienda Bay's phases include Lakeyard and Golf Views, and many people search for "Lake Yard Hacienda Bay" by that name. Ask which phase the unit is in, since the view and the distance to the beach and golf course change from one phase to another.

Are there chalets for sale in Hacienda Bay? A small cabin suits a couple or a rental, a two-bedroom chalet a small family, and three and four-bedrooms a large family. For every chalet ask whether it faces the sea, the golf course or the garden, and how far it is from the beach.

Villas for sale in Hacienda Bay

The recorded villas are 254 to 600 m² with four to seven bedrooms. A villa on the coast holds the family and guests, but its upkeep and garden cost money every year even if you only stay two months. Before a villa, look at the furnished townhouses: plenty of space, and you can arrive straight away.

Renting out a chalet in Hacienda Bay

If you are buying to rent out, the Palm Hills name, the golf and the hotel bring tenants in season, and a furnished unit lets from the first summer. The coast's season is short, though, so most rent comes in July and August. Ask about real rents in your unit's phase and subtract the service charge before working out the return.
