Il Latini City Edge: ready apartments in New Alamein

Il Latini City Edge is an apartment project in New Alamein by City Edge Developments, on about 450 feddans near Heritage City. The apartments are fully finished, from one to four bedrooms, and the lowest developer price in October 2026 is EGP 3,778,080 for a one-bedroom unit. The units count as ready, so you are buying something close to handover rather than a plan on paper.

New Alamein is a city people live in all year, and Il Latini City Edge is city apartments, not beach chalets. If you want a chalet on the sea itself, the beach villages of the North Coast are a different choice.

Per the project data: a commercial area with shops, restaurants and cafés, a clubhouse, a spa, a gym and sports courts, a kids' area, swimming pools, a promenade, security with CCTV, and parking.

The same district has another project also called Il Latini, by Saudi Egyptian Developers: Il Latini SED, with apartments from EGP 3,182,000. The developer and the contract differ, so name the developer when you ask for a price.
