Livity Villas payment plan

The Livity Villas payment plan is a fixed EGP 1,500,000 down payment on every type, with the balance over 3 years interest-free. For each type:

A fixed down payment means its share falls as the price rises: 27% on the middle townhouse, 20% on the villa. A 3-year plan keeps instalments high, so check what you can pay each month before booking.

Cash discount and maintenance deposit

The company offers up to 20% off for cash, and the maintenance deposit is 7% of the unit value. On the middle townhouse, the cash discount can reach EGP 1,100,000 and the maintenance deposit is EGP 385,000.

The discount is "up to" 20%, so ask for its value in writing for the specific unit. The maintenance deposit sits on top of the price, so count it from the start.
