Regents Park New Cairo: a small, finished compound with large apartments

Regents Park New Cairo is a residential compound by Al Dawlia Developments in the Fifth Settlement, on about 20 feddans. Who is the Regents Park New Cairo developer? Al Dawlia Developments, which also has Regent's Square. Because Regents Park is finished, it is the best evidence of the developer's work: walk the compound, look at the buildings and common areas, and ask residents about maintenance before you buy into either project.

Regents Park and Regents Square

Is Regents Square part of Regents Park? No. They share a developer and a similar name, but Regent's Square is a separate compound by the Golden Square, about 6 km away, still being sold off-plan with apartments from about 15 million and handover at the end of 2028. Regents Park is the finished one. So if you want to move in now, Regents Park; if you want to buy on instalments, Regent's Square.
