One Hyde Park is announced on 238 feddans, with buildings of ground plus six or ground plus eleven floors and 111 villas, twin houses and townhouses in a phase called Canopy Villas.

The metre price uses the smallest size, and the yearly figure divides the balance after the deposit over 8 years, or 10 for the penthouse. There are also villas of 240 m² at EGP 52,240,000, 285 m² at EGP 75,200,000 and 350 m² at EGP 92,090,000.

One Hyde Park apartments: which one for your budget?

At EGP 7 to 10 million, the 112 m² two-bedroom at EGP 9,190,000 is the clearest choice, with the lowest metre in the project at EGP 82,054.

The 73 m² one-bedroom saves EGP 2,320,000 in total, yet its metre is about EGP 12,000 higher. If you can manage about EGP 1,091,313 a year, the two-bedroom adds 39 m² and a room.

At EGP 12 to 18 million, the four-bedroom penthouse at EGP 16,000,000 costs EGP 1,520,000 a year, almost the same as the three-bedroom at EGP 12,820,000, because it runs over 10 years.
