Samaya Residence 6th of October City

Only 16 buildings on 12 feddans: that is Samaya Residence, by Nile Stone Urban Development in October Gardens. Buildings cover 20% of the land and the rest is gardens, water and pools, with the master plan overseen by Eng. Raef Fahmy.

Next to the fast train

Samaya is about two minutes from the high-speed train station, Zewail City and the Global Village, which matters if you work in Cairo or travel a lot.

From a studio to four bedrooms

Units run 52 to 213 m²: studios, flats of one to four bedrooms, and ground-floor flats with private gardens. Delivery is in 2029.

Three plans

5% over 6 years, 10% over 8 or 15% over 10. Nile Stone has not published a price list, so we get the developer's price for the unit you pick.
