Garawla is an Emtelak Developments village on the sea at km 270 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road, about 11 km from Marsa Matrouh and 15 minutes from its airport, next to Al Maaz Bay, Miami and Tahiti Bay. Its 160 feddans are split into 11 terraced islands, with only 20% built and the rest green, lakes and water; U-shaped villas, chalets and twin houses of 70-250 m², fully finished, mostly face the sea. There are pools, an aqua park, crystal lagoons, golf and squash, a promenade and fishing marina, 5-star hotels, a gym and spa, shops and a hypermarket.
