What Eagles said at launch
Chairman Raafat Fangary said the project starts the company's expansion plan, with investments above EGP 2 billion, EGP 500 million of it for construction to speed the work. It is built in two phases: the first covers 8,000 m² with 100 units, with buildings on only 22% of the project's area. DSC is the design consultant.
