Is Playa in Ras El Hekma? Yes. Playa North Coast and Playa Ras El Hekma are the same village, searched under both names. Its developer, G Developments, also has Ein Bay in Ain Sokhna and New Kairo in New Heliopolis.

240 feddans is large, and most of it is standalone houses and low buildings, so the village is not crowded with towers. Distances inside are long, though, so ask how far your unit is from the sea, the lagoons and the clubhouse, since that changes both the price and the holiday.
