New Kairo Compound New Heliopolis is a community by G Developments, formerly known as New Giza. It is two gated communities joined by a boulevard, New Kairo Golf and New Kairo Park, with an 18-hole golf course, 3 international schools and a university, two clubs, two hotels and a hospital. The developer is now selling Krypton inside New Kairo: serviced apartments from EGP 8,000,000, with 5% down, another 5% after 3 months and the balance over 8 years. Note that New Kairo is not Palm Hills New Cairo, which some people call "Palm Hills New Kairo". They are two different projects by different developers in different places, and this page is about G Developments' New Kairo only.

New Kairo New Heliopolis location

Where is New Kairo? In New Heliopolis, reached from the Suez Road and the Cairo to Ismailia road, close to SODIC East, Badr University, Rock White, Madinaty, El Shorouk and the Royal Hospital.

Its nearest neighbours are El Patio Sola about 1.1 km away, Rock Green 1.3 km, Livyn 2.1 km, Sarai and Rock White 2.3 km, and Madinet Masr's Talala 3.7 km. SODIC East is also in New Heliopolis. See it under location, or the New Heliopolis page.

New Kairo Golf and New Kairo Park

New Kairo is split into two compounds, NewKairo Golf and New Kairo Park. NewKairo Golf has the 18-hole course, a clubhouse and a golf hotel; New Kairo Park has a second hotel with serviced apartments. Between them runs a boulevard of shops, restaurants and walkable greenery, and all residents use the services of both compounds. When buying, ask which of the two compounds the unit is in, since a golf view is priced differently from a park or street view.

Krypton: what G Developments is selling in New Kairo now

Krypton is a new phase of serviced apartments inside New Kairo, fully finished with air conditioning, at October 2026 prices:

Apartments for sale in New Kairo New Heliopolis

The apartments we hold are generous: two-bedrooms over 160 m² and three-bedrooms over 225 m², larger than usual for the number of rooms, and fully finished, so you furnish and move in without months of work. For a new apartment on the developer's instalments, Krypton is what is on offer now, though these are serviced apartments of 80 to 170 m².

The 654 m² villa is semi-finished, so budget a very large sum for finishing that area.

Ready or new? Count the rent

A ready apartment in New Kairo can be lived in this month, while a new one nearby means years of waiting and then finishing. If you rent now, multiply your rent by the months of waiting and finishing, and add the cost of the finishing itself: that sum is really part of the new unit's price, so set it against the price difference.

We have no complaints on file, so ask yourself. Visit on an ordinary day, talk to residents and security, and ask whether the schools, club and hospital are actually open, and what the service charge is and how fast it rises. A project this size is built in phases, and each service has its own date.

If you are buying to rent out, a ready apartment earns from the first month. The project has a university, 3 schools, a hospital and offices, all of which bring people who need housing nearby: teachers, doctors, staff and families moving for the schools.
