Majorelle New Zayed: villas on 10 feddans by the Dahshour Link

Majorelle New Zayed is a villa compound by El Gabry Developments in New Zayed. It is published as covering 10 feddans, two minutes from the Dahshour Link, with its name and idea taken from the Majorelle Garden in Marrakech. Buildings are said to take the smallest share of the land, the rest going to greenery and water.

How many villas on 10 feddans?

Ten feddans is about 42,000 m². Once you know the number of villas and each plot's size, you can work out the density yourself and judge the privacy. Ask whether the neighbour beside your garden will be a villa or a townhouse, and how far the villa sits from the lake.

Four routes serve it, as published: Wahat Road, the Alexandria desert highway, 26th of July and the Middle Ring. Mall of Arabia, Juhayna Square, Media City, MUST and the Smart Village are named as nearby too.

Its two nearest neighbours are by the same developer: IRA at 700 metres and The 8 at 1.5 km, the latter opening at 14,193,300 for 253 m². Further off are Elevation at 2.9 km, from 15,000,000 for 286 m², and Park Valley Zayed 13 at 3.1 km, from 13,000,000 for 350 m².

A yardstick from IRA
