School hours bring traffic at set times, so ask where the parking entrance is.

The advertised Glitz Mall plans are six, from 5% over 5 years to 40% with the first instalment at handover, and the mandatory rent term lengthens as the down payment rises.

The sums assume equal monthly instalments, on September and October 2026 plans. The 5% plan's instalment is 49,080 and the 15% plan's is 31,370, so EGP 310,000 more down saves about 17,710 a month. Over 24 months before handover you will have paid about 1,333,000 on the 5% plan and about 1,217,900 on the 15% plan. The smallest down payment is the plan that takes the most from you before you receive the unit.
