Infinity Tower New Capital City: a 200-metre office tower facing the Iconic Tower

Two hundred metres tall, Infinity Tower New Capital City is the office-and-retail project of Infinity Towers for Urban Developments in New Capital City. Its published address is the Central Business District, overlooking the Iconic Tower about 300 metres away, 200 metres from the monorail station, between the northern and southern Mohamed Bin Zayed axes and about 20 minutes from the capital's airport; within the city it falls in the MU7 district.

Floors from 118 to 1,560 m²

Published offices run from 118 m² to 1,560 m² of column-free open floor, sized for companies rather than a one-person office. A three-floor commercial area holds shops and restaurants. Infinity's office prices have not been announced, so ask the developer the price per metre on the floor you want.

Why "column-free" matters

An open floor without columns lets you lay the office out to fit your work and change it later as the company grows. Ask about ceiling height, the air-conditioning system, and what the office is handed over with: raised floor and suspended ceiling, or bare shell.

If the office is for your own company, ask how many of the 800 spaces come with it, whether they cost extra, and whether concierge and valet sit in the service charge or are billed separately. If you are buying to let, ask whether building management markets floors to companies or each owner does it alone, and what the yearly service charge per metre is, since it comes off your net rent.

On the map, 6ixty Iconic Tower sits at almost the same spot, its smallest unit 32 m² at 11,573,020, about 361,700 a metre. Taj Tower, 200 metres away, has 19 m² at 5,985,000, about 315,000 a metre, and Taj Tower 2, at 400 metres, 20 m² at 8,484,000, about 424,200. The neighbours sell small units while Infinity's smallest office is 118 m², so compare per metre, not by total.
