Etaje is a new phase by Madinet Masr inside Taj City in New Cairo, opposite the JW Marriott hotel, on Taj City's final residential plot. Its apartments range from a 37 m² studio to three bedrooms, from EGP 5,722,056, with 5% down and the balance over 10 years, handing over in September 2030.

The monthly figure is approximate: the remaining 95% over 120 months. Note that the 37 m² studio and the 51 m² one-bedroom cost almost the same, just EGP 547 apart, so the one-bedroom gives you 14 m² more and a separate bedroom for practically nothing.

The down payment is only 5%, so the cheapest unit needs about EGP 286,000 to start, with the rest over 10 years. That long term keeps a two-bedroom's instalment near 77,600 a month. Ask for the schedule in writing, since payments can be split across months and years in different ways.
