A data centre and cloud storage are not found in many projects, so ask whether they are included or by subscription, and what size of business they can handle.

A daycare inside a workplace matters to staff with small children, so ask whether it serves only people working in the project or anyone, and who runs it.

If you are buying a clinic

Clinics are published in a separate medical building with a lab and medical centre, which brings patients. Before buying, ask whether the medical building has an entrance apart from offices and shops, a lift that takes a stretcher, and who collects and handles medical waste. Ask too whether a 55 m² clinic has its own toilet and waiting area or shares one on the floor, since that decides which specialties can work there.
