Ocean Blue Resort Ain Sokhna

Ocean Blue is a village in Ain Sokhna by Sallidar Real Estate Development, at km 165 on the Katameya-Zaafarana road, 12 km from Porto Sokhna. Cairo is an hour and a half away, Suez 40 minutes.

Sallidar left 80% of the land to greenery, lakes and pools, with buildings on the other 20%. The units are chalets and penthouses, offered at 100, 120 and 150 m², with super lux finishing.

Before you buy in Ocean Blue

• The developer has nothing on offer now.
• Make sure it is Ocean Blue. Sokhna also has Blue Blue, by another developer, and the Grand Ocean hotel. Listings mix them up, so take km 165 as your reference.
• See the chalet yourself. Check which building it is in, whether it faces the sea or the pool, and whether the finishing is still as handed over.
• Ask for all the papers. The original contract with Sallidar, and the instalment and maintenance receipts up to today.

Inside the village

A sandy beach, an aqua park and pools, a mall with restaurants and cafés, and a five-star hotel. There is a gym, spa, sauna and jacuzzi, play areas and cycling paths, security with cameras, and large garages.
