This resort goes by two names: Stella Sidi Abdelrahman and Stella Di Mare Sidi Abdelrahman, both the same Remco project. But Remco has other resorts called "Stella": Stella Heights in Sidi Abdel Rahman, Stella Marina in Alamein and Stella Di Mare Ain Sokhna. If someone offers you a chalet "in Stella", ask exactly which resort, and make sure its name is in the contract.

Where is Stella located? In Sidi Abdel Rahman next to Alamein. According to the project's details it is about 25 km from the Wadi El Natroun Alamein Road, 35 minutes from Alamein Airport, about 130 km west of Alexandria, close to the Dabaa Road and the new Fuka Road and about 3 hours from Cairo. So ask for the built-up area, the land and the roof separately.

A furnished chalet: how to count it

A furnished chalet or villa saves you the cost and effort of furnishing, which is no small sum on the coast. But old furniture may need replacing, so see it yourself before paying for it. If you will let in summer, ask about the resort's actual rents in July and August, subtract maintenance and furnishing, and do not rely on the seller's figures.
