Uni Tower 2 New Capital City

Uni Tower 2 is the second of two towers built by UC Developments in Downtown New Capital, beside Uni Tower 1, with an open plaza between them. The tower spans about 11,000 m² on a ground floor and 10 floors above it, with shops, offices, clinics and hotel units.

Is Uni Tower 2 the same as Uni Tower 1?

No. They are two neighbouring towers by the same developer, each with its own units. UC reports on them together because they were built at the same time and share the plaza. In April 2025 Hadi Hamdy, UC's vice chairman, said the two towers are the company's first development in Downtown.

How far along is construction?

In April 2025 UC announced 90% of the concrete works done on both towers. In May 2025 it announced the whole concrete structure complete, and said it was preparing to contract the façades and interior finishes.

Where exactly in Downtown?

The towers stand on Downtown's first major roundabout, overlooking Al Masa Hotel, close to the Government District, among malls and office towers such as The Loft Plaza, Code and Central Point.

Design

The towers were designed by Hany Saad's consultancy after a wheat spike, which shows in the gold lines rising up the glass façade. UC describes the plaza between them as the largest open-air plaza in the district.

About UC Developments

UC also builds Suli Golf Residence in New Capital, where it announced concrete works starting on phases one and two in May 2025. The two towers together carry investments of more than EGP 2 billion.
