In daily life the two differ like this: Degla Towers is inside Nasr City with working services around it, while Skyline is in Katameya with a known price and handover date. If the school and club your children use today come first, Degla Towers is closer. If a fixed instalment from day one comes first, Skyline is clearer.

With EGP 7 million or more and a need for a published price near Nasr City, two PRE Group projects in New Cairo sit 5 to 6 km away in a straight line, at October 2026 prices.

A quick sum: a two-bedroom at The Brooks for EGP 7,464,000 needs 373,200 down, and the balance over 10 years comes to about EGP 59,100 a month. That is close to the monthly figure for a three-bedroom at Skyline, because Skyline's plan runs two years longer.
