Gardenia City Compound Nasr City Central Cairo

Gardenia City on the Suez Road is a project of Banque Misr and the National Bank of Egypt, with sales and marketing run by an alliance of Al Ahly Sabbour and Founders, part of Hyde Park. It sits at the end of El Thawra Street at the start of the Suez-Almaza road, next to Zahraa Nasr City.

The banks' city

The banks announced it in January 2021 with EGP 26 billion in investments, inside the Central Bank's mortgage initiative with plans of up to 20 years. About 20,000 units are planned; the first phase holds 2,000 finished units, in districts named after flowers such as Acacia, Carnation and Lavender.

Units: three-bedroom apartments of about 120 m², twin houses from 280 m² and villas from 400 m², finished, handed over within three months of contract. Apartments are sold with 10% to 20% down over 6 to 8 years, villas up to 10 years.
