According to the project's details there are also chalets, apartments, villas and beach cabanas. A 75 m² studio is large for a studio, enough for a couple or a small family on holiday, and it is furnished, so you can move in and travel straight away. But ask about the furniture's condition and age, and how far the studio is from the sea.

Ras Sudr: why and why not?

Ras Sudr is relatively close to Cairo, quiet, and known for its winds, which make it a kitesurfing spot, with mild weather most of the year. But services around it are fewer than on the North Coast or in Sokhna, and resorts are spread out. If you want quiet and distance from crowds, that is a plus; if you want nightlife and lots of shops, this is not the place.
