Sachi North Coast is a phase by People & Places inside The Med at kilometre 192 of the Coastal Road. According to the project's details it covers about 6,800 m², with furnished homes overlooking a 6,000 m² lagoon and full hotel services. Recorded with us are two-bedroom cabins of 120 to 130 m² from EGP 33,497,000, a 214 m² three-bedroom loft and a 268 m² three-bedroom cabin, with 5% down over 6 years and handover in September 2029.

Where is Sachi?

Where is Sachi located? Inside The Med in Ras El Hekma, and according to the project's details about 15 minutes from the Dabaa road exit, 30 minutes from Sidi Abdel Rahman, 40 minutes from Alamein Airport and three and a half hours from Cairo. Its nearest neighbours outside The Med are Hacienda Waters and Cali Coast about 700 metres away, and Mar Bay 1.3 km. See the exact spot under location.

According to the project's details, Sachi has three parts: the homes, a residents' social house, and a small village with shops and a restaurant. The homes are one or two floors, with a high-ceilinged reception, skylights, a private entrance for each, a kitchen island with full appliances, and a lagoon view from the living area.

So Sachi is dearer than its neighbours per loft metre, a premium that pays for the furniture and hotel service.

Sachi North Coast payment plans

The down payment is only 5%: about EGP 1,674,900 for the cheapest two-bedroom cabin, with the rest over 6 years. If instalments are equal and monthly, that is about EGP 442,000 a month for the cheapest cabin, 640,000 for the cheapest loft and 708,200 for the cheapest three-bedroom cabin. These are large figures, so ask about quarterly instalments or a handover payment.

The hotel service: ask for the details

According to the project's details, services include housekeeping, laundry, concierge, arrival and departure service, delivery of beach essentials, and booking dining halls with a private chef. Ask whether these come under a fixed yearly charge or on demand, how much a year, and whether you can rent your home yourself or only through the operator, and get all of this in the contract.
