Forbes International Tower is a Magnom Properties tower in New Capital with Forbes, on North Bin Zayed axis near the central monorail station, the Cathedral and Masjid Misr; the partnership was announced in January 2023 as Forbes' first branded tower. It is planned at about 50 floors and 240 m, designed by Adrian Smith on a site of about 20,300 m² with six basement parking levels, for offices and shops.
