About Souq El Dahab Mall New Capital City
Souq El Dahab is IC Group Developments' gold and jewellery mall in New Capital's MU23 commercial zone, opposite the Sports City on the main axis to the Suez road.
It covers about 8,300 m² over 8 floors: five of jewellery shops and three of offices for gold traders, with about 120 units of 24 to 198 m². It launched in 2019, and in October 2020 the company said over 80% had sold. Security runs on palm and face access, steel doors, CCTV and a phone app; there is central AC, escalators, fibre to each unit, façade signs, a large LED screen, cafés and a gym.
