About 31N Commercial Tower New Capital City

31N Commercial Tower is the first New Capital project by Nile Developments, in the heart of Downtown on the Green River: 131 m tall, 36 floors including five underground, on about 18,000 m², with around 1,000 units.

Shape and setting

The façade is designed to light up for every occasion. Seen from above it is Y-shaped, so every unit is on the façade. It stands directly on Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis, overlooking the Green River.

Who built it with them

Orascom's CFM for facility management, Hany Saad Innovations (HSI) for interiors and Ahmed Salama as consultant. In May 2021 the company put investments at EGP 4 billion and reported EGP 1.2 billion sold in the first two months.
