Park St. Edition Compound New Cairo is a mixed-use project by Sky Innovo Developments at the entrance of New Cairo. Prices advertised in May 2026 start at EGP 14,000,000, with 5% down (EGP 700,000) and instalments over 7 years. The announced handover is 2027.

Park St. Edition by Sky Innovo

Park St. Edition is the first project of Sky Innovo Developments, a joint venture between Sky Investments and Innovo Group, launched in May 2024 at the Grand Egyptian Museum.

It was announced on 20,000 m² of land with 65,000 m² of built-up area and about EGP 10 billion of investment. In January 2026 the company put the land at 24,300 m² and the investment at EGP 16 billion, and described sales as strong. There was no delivered project under the Sky Innovo name by November 2026, so weigh the record of its two parent groups.

Is Park St. Edition the same as Citystars Park Street?

No. Park St. Edition and Citystars Park Street are separate projects by the same developer, on about 24,300 m² and 140,000 m² of land.

If you want an apartment to live in, Park St. Edition is the one advertised with 300 to 400 flats. If you want an office on the Ring Road, look at Citystars Park Street New Cairo. Check which project an offer refers to before paying a booking fee.

Park St. Edition New Cairo location

Park St. Edition sits at the entrance of New Cairo in the Golden Square area of the Fifth Settlement, close to North and South 90th Street and Mohamed Naguib Axis.

Park St. Edition apartments are part of a mix that also includes lofts, administrative offices and shops, with 300 to 400 flats advertised on 65,000 m² of built-up area.

Park St. Edition prices advertised in May 2026 start at EGP 14,000,000, with 5% down and the rest over 7 years. That is the latest dated figure we could find, and the same number was advertised in February 2026.

On that price the deposit is EGP 700,000 and the balance EGP 13,300,000, or about EGP 158,333 a month if split evenly over 84 months, which comes to EGP 1,900,000 a year. If instalments turn out to be quarterly, that means about EGP 475,000 every three months, so check the dated schedule against your income.

Park St. Edition amenities are built around health and sustainability, with a wellness centre offering massage and physiotherapy rooms, walking and jogging tracks, yoga and meditation areas, restaurants and shops.

At about 24,300 m² this is a dense urban quarter, without the wide gardens of a large compound. Home, work and services sit within walking distance, which saves car journeys, but offices and shops bring activity through the day. It suits someone who wants everything close by better than a family after the quiet of a villa compound.

Park St. Edition compared with Golden Square neighbours

The lowest advertised Park St. Edition price of EGP 14,000,000 is close to a one-bedroom at The Red Residence and under half the entry flat at Villette, using neighbours' November 2026 prices.

The Park St. Edition completion date is announced as 2027 with no month given, while one February 2026 listing says 2028.
